8 months old!

Our little ladybug is 8 months old today and turning into such a lovely little girl. She is very calm and content, but curious as well. Anything she wants, she gets on her own. I always wonder if that is because she is our second child, or if it just who she is. I am so proud of her. She crawls all over the place now, and is pulling herself into a standing position. She still smiles and giggles all the time and is a great sleeper. She loves her new nanny, and sleeps far better for her during the day than she ever has for us. She has two bottom teeth and is almost ready for her second haircut!
We love you Lucy!

Twins?

Can you see them?

If you look very closely, you can spot Lucy's two new teeth! Oh, and how adorable is it that she has discovered the girl in the mirror?!!

And guess who's starting to crawl?

Lucy-Lu is 7 months!

Lucy turned 7 months this week! 7 months! She had a great doctor's appointment on Friday, but cried there for the first time. She is really starting to make strange. She now weighs 15 lbs 12 oz and is 29 inches long! I also took her to get her first hair cut (well, trim) given how her bangs were constantly in her eyes if she didn't have a pony tail. Here are some recent pics. Enjoy!

My babies!

Finally, a picture with me and BOTH of the kids!! I can't believe how grown up Nate is, and Lucy for that matter! She is getting bigger by the minute! She is 7 months old now. 7 months! It seems like just yesterday "we went to the hospital to pick out our Lucy" (as Nate says). Here she is sporting her first haircut (and wearing Nate's old outfit).

Nate is still loving school and Lucy is settling in well to her new routine. She loves mealtime now that she gets "real food" (cereal, veggies and fruit) and is mesmerized by her big brother.

Say cheese!

Guess who woke up with a bottom left tooth this morning??!! Our little Lucy! We can't believe she didn't even give us a clue it was on its way up. Quite different from another certain someone who lives here....

Let's just say it's very clear which one of children takes after his mom and which her dad!
