Better late than never!

I realize I'm a bit late, but here are Lucy's one month stats:

Length: 23 inches (I have a feeling she's not really this long), 90th percentile
Weight: 8 lbs 11 oz, 50th percentile



Our little lady loves to snack and nap, both a little at a time all the time. She smiles, which is new to us since Nate was Mr. Serious. She loves her mom, and really only wants me most of the time right now, though she is warming up to Mario. And I am happy to report that a month into the game we are slowly hatching out some kind of routine!




We had a small party for our girl on the weekend where she met lots of her family for the first time - a big thanks to all those who helped welcome her with us!

One month old!

I can't believe our little lady is one month old today!! Where has the time gone? Things around here are slowly getting back to "normal" and Lucy has started to distinguish day from night - which is nice. Nate is pretty used to having her around, and likes the days he gets to stay home with the two of us.

Awesome Big Brother!

So I'm happy to report that Nate is adjusting pretty well to our new little addition! I thought it was going to be rough, but he doesn't seem to mind her at all. He is loving all of his big brother swag (see photo below with his new spaceship) and runs around our house claiming that everything is "awesome". For those of you who know Nate and his love for funny voices, it is more like "awe-SOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMME".

Uncle James

This post is a shout out to my brother who came to visit Lucy last week, but spent almost the entire time he was here playing with Nate! Nate absolutely adores his Uncle James, and wouldn't leave his side for a second (except for when I was taking this picture).

Little Lucy seems to like him too, given how content she is in his arms!
